If you have booked a non-resortable rate, payment is required immediately, in which case the hotel requires payment to be made by credit card. In exceptional cases, bank transfers may also be accepted. We further accept bank cards. We accept cash, exact amounts only.

If a payment or pre-authorisation is made by a third party while making a reservation and/or the name of the credit card holder is different from the name of the booker and/or guests, the hotel will probably request a scanned copy of the card holder's ID as well as a signed authorisation letter from the card holder with his/her agreement on the use of the credit card for the reservation.

If a third party wishes to pay for the reservation on arrival, this is not a problem.

Tourist tax is a municipal tax for paid accommodation in Woerden. Woerden city council requires every tourist to pay €2.70 per person, per night tourist tax for accommodation to improve the city and its facilities.

With a flexible rate, you may cancel the booking until 16:00 on the day of arrival.

In case of a non-reservable rate, 100% of the accommodation cost will be debited on the day of booking. Should there be a cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay. Changing dates is also not possible.
